Thank you everyone for your support and help with getting the State Legislation to consider and put in action the plan of building an entrance and exit onto the Cimarron Turnpike for Glencoe. There is just one slight problem, the legislation proposing this idea will not come to the table until the year 2011.

Dear State Officials:

Thank you for supporting our efforts in trying to an entrance and exit onto the Cimarron Turnpike (Highway 412) in Glencoe, Oklahoma. It will be a great privilege to see the economic impact and growth this will bring to our town.

It is a great concern that the proposed legislation for this will not be considered until 2011. Our town has waited many years to get this project completed, and now is the time for something to happen. I feel that it if the legislation is put off until 2011, it will continue to be put to the way side and forgotten.

I urge you, please, as a concerned citizen of the Glencoe area and the great state of Oklahoma to push this forward so we may see a brighter future for Glencoe’s Cimarron Turnpike Entrance and Exit Project.
